Biography
Hi! This is Abhijeet Raj, currently a PhD student in the CoMo Group. I started my PhD in October 2006, for which I was awarded Cambridge Nehru Scholarship and Overseas Research Studentship. I am presently a resident of Clare College. Before coming to Cambridge, I completed my under-graduate studies from Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, India in 2006 and received a degree of Bachelor of Technology from the Department of Chemical Engineering. My current research involves modelling soot formation and its growth in flames and engines. I also investigate the non-catalytic oxidation of activated soot or char by nitric oxide (NO), a major engine-exhaust gas.Research Themes
